		<description>I&#039;d advise you to keep lavender oil in your pocket. Smell it each time you think you&#039;re getting a little anxious. It works for me really well. Also, try to practice deep breathing techniques, and get into yoga. Aromatherapy is the best bet though. Try eating pieces of ginger as well....it really calms you down at crunch time.</description>
