someone i know was like that. we went to the hospital when he was "freaking out" and they said it was anxiety attacks. go to the doctor and ask them to check you out. they can put u on meds that will make you calm.

The scared and crying over nothing is an attack, the rest is just play anxiety problems. Talk to your doctor or find a therapist that might be able to help you.
I used to have bad anxiety problems and mostly I helped myself by forcing myself to take the control back from it. Basically to become a control freak over it, rather then let it control me. Whenever I started getting that uncomfortable uneasy feeling I would just tell myself to just "look around you, there is nothing happening, you are fine" and put my mind on something else. It takes a lot of will power to overcome something like that on your own. And it may not be possible for everyone. But if it might help, then try it. Other then that, find a good therapist that could help.

sounds like anxiety.
Talk to your doctor, it is very treatable. There are medications and therapy that will help you.
Don’t wait for it to go away on it’s own.
Seek the help that you deserve!

I learned in an introductory psychology class that many people can develop for some amount of time a general anxiety disorder. So it’s more or less normal. You just need to keep control of yourself. I recommend some relaxing breathing exercises or meditation. Maybe consult a therapist. I wouldn’t try to get any pills though, but that’s just my opinion that people shouldn’t take pills for everything. What you’re describing sounds a little more like panic attacks/anxiety. When I’m feeling a little anxious to the point where I feel nauseous I drink some water slowly and breathe slowly and deliberately. Check out the source below.

IF YOUR WITH SOMONE LISTIN TO WHAT THEY ARE TALKIN G ABOUT. DONT LET YOUR MIND DRIFT FROM WHAT THEY ARE SAYING .IF YOU AT A PLACE LIKE A MOVIE REMEMBER YOU CAN ALWAYS GO HOME OR GET OUT. IF YOU HAVE A WAY OUT YOU WILL FEEL BETTER . YOU HAVE TO PRACTICE THIS EVERY MIN OF THE DAY. TRY IT WITH SMALL THINGS LIKE … OK I LEFT THE DREWS OPEN SAY TO YOUR SELF OK ILL GET TO THEM WHEN I GET HOME ILL FIX IT IN A MIN. THIS IS NOT A GAME IT IS A MIND HEALING PROSEDURE AND IT WORKS IF YOU DO IT ALL THE TIME. IN THE MONENT DOING WHAT YOUR SUPOSE TO DO AT THAT TIME DONT LET YOUR MIND TAKE U OVER. YOULL BE OK. That doesn’t sound like a panic attack, at least not like the ones I have. Try describing it to your doctor. It sounds more like a mental disorder (nothing bad!). Hallucinations are not normal in panic attacks.
Most normal (ok, they’re not "normal") panic attacks usually occure when the person is feeling stressed out due to environment, as in the people around you, the situation around you, etc. If a person gets scared badly, they can have one. In my case, I get them when I’m surrounded by too many people. What happens to me is I start feeling dizzy, I can’t breath, my chest gets tight, I can’t move, I get extremly confused, I can’t talk, and I start to hypervenilate. Worst case scenerio, I pass out. I get like that in supermarkets, malls, any place where there’s a large mass of people, and lots of confusion. Chaos. I’m a personal space person. I get freaked out when people are too close, when people are passing back and forth by me, especially quickly. If I feel it coming on, or am having one of those days when everything feels oddly, I take my perscription. My pills won’t stave one off that’s already starting, but it will end it much faster.
Definatly talk to your doctor about the way you feel, because there are medications available that will help you feel more "even". I hate using the word normal, because really, who IS normal? I use the word even, as in evening you out. Getting you balanced again, and feeling good.
