What exactly is an anxiety/panic attack?

I feel really dumb for asking but i really need a good answer of what is an anxiety attack or panic attack. I think im having anxiety attacks but im not too sure. Soo please just explain.

    it’s when you are just so stress and you have los of things going on that you just start to flip out out of no where and can happen anytime and anywhere.

    i have had these attacks i’m sorry if it has happened to you to you just need to go to your doctor and explain to them whats been happening and they will give you some medicine at first to help you but therapy and cousinling is the end cure. heres a site that will exeplain what a attack is.

    An actually anxiety or panic attack is nothing like just being anxious. Usually there are triggers that cause them. You could start sweating and feel all tingly. You’re heart beats faster and you start to hyperventilate. Many people think they are dying when they have them. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and before I went on medication for them, I felt like I lived in a bubble and was looking out at the world but no one could see in. I constantly looked at other people being happy and feeling normal and wondered why I couldn’t feel that way no matter what I did. Everything felt surreal to me and I constantly thought that I was going to die. It was the worst time in my life. It’s very scary.

    Its different for each person, when i personally experience them I get shortness of breath and sometimes lightheaded. Its a sudden urge that you cant control what is going on around you.Some people even black out for a second, if this is happening frequently, even once a month talk to your doctor about what is going on. Only a doctor can tell you if what your feeling is infact anxiety and help you along the path to controlling it! good luck….

    If you are feeling fatigue, trempling, muscle tension, headaches, irritability, or hot flashes. These things can get worse if there is a lot of stress.

    Panic Attacks are horrible, I have gone through that and if this is truly what you are experiencing, then you have my empathy. You should seek medical assistance for this problem.

    Your heart beats fast, you feel like running, escaping, you get dizzy and feel a sense of impending danger like you are going to die.
